By accessing or using Paduan Verify (hosted at paduan.tech), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Paduan Verify provides digital software tools, including business verification data discovery, character-by-character address and name matching inspectors, and downloadable pre-flight compliance sheets designed to assist organizations during onboarding with third-party developer platforms (such as Google Play Console, Apple Developer Program, and FDA UFI registration).
2. Digital Products, Delivery & Payment
- Nature of Products: All products sold on this website (Single Verification Reports at $9 USD and Monthly API Subscriptions) are digital goods.
- Instant Delivery: Upon successful payment processed by our Merchant of Record (Lemon Squeezy), access to unmasked verified records and downloadable PDF compliance sheets is granted immediately in your user dashboard and via confirmation email.
- Pricing & Currency: All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise specified. Taxes (VAT, GST, Sales Tax) are calculated and collected automatically at checkout by Lemon Squeezy based on your jurisdiction.
3. Refund Policy (14-Day Money-Back Guarantee)
We stand behind the quality of our verification tools. If you purchase a Single Verification Report ($9) and the data provided materially fails to reflect the current record in the underlying registry, or if you encounter an unresolvable technical fault, you are entitled to a 100% full refund within 14 days of purchase.
To request a refund, simply email our support team at support@paduan.tech with your order number. Refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

The materials and pre-flight inspection tools provided on this website are for informational and operational reference purposes only. They do not constitute formal legal, tax, or regulatory compliance advice.
In no event shall Paduan Verify or its operators be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service or application rejections by third-party platforms.
